The event starts from 9:30am, so it may be worth getting to the ground for 9am to avoid a last minute rush.

At 9:30, VIP breakfast and drinks will be available and there will be some time to network, chat and familiarise yourself with the venue.

Speakers will take to the mic from 10am. These will last until public entry to the football match opens at 1:30pm.

For free entry to the football match vs Ashington, you must a) have your free ticket b) arrive before 12pm.

All arriving after then will be required to pay full entry price for the match, including access to event festivities.

There is a large carpark available, however, this is likely to be busy. There's no additional parking charge.

We encourage local meetups to organise minibuses/coaches to the event where possible, or if you're able to, car share.

Hot breakfast rolls will only be available on pre-order, included with the VIP ticket upgrade for £5.

However, before and during the game, hot food and drinks will be available from the Club's kitchen.

The rest of the time, the bar will be open for soft and alcoholic beverages and snacks.

We're hoping to provide other eateries and drinks options but these are currently TBC. Please check back closer to the event.

The VIP upgrade ensures a guaranteed seat within the speakers venue.

We have limited this to 100 for comfort. However, if the room is full and you have a free ticket, you wont miss out.

The PA system works inside the bar and outside, so you'll be able to hear everything.

There will be plenty of cover available outside of the venue/bar area should the English weather not be on our side.

We will also be streaming all speakers on our various Social Media platforms, and asking for slides to be made available online.
